6100D-85 is a modified epoxy acrylate resin characterized as a transparent viscous liquid with a functionality of 2.
It offers superior surface hardness compared to ordinary standard epoxy resins, along with excellent abrasion and wear resistance as well as strong adhesion properties.
It is formulated for UV coatings on wood, plastic, paper, and metal, and is also suitable for UV shadowless / invisible adhesive applications.
The resin is packaged in closed ordinary steel drums of 20 kg or 220 kg, offering a warranty period of 180 days under specified storage conditions.
Store and transport in dark, opaque containers with corrosion- and solvent-resistant coatings below 35 ℃. Ensure at least 15% air headroom inside the container, and strictly avoid exposure to sunlight.
